Automated Messages and Emails:
You will receive messages concerning your opt-in confirmation, booking confirmation, and appointment reminders. Apart from these, no additional automated messages or emails will be sent.
Unsubscribe:
You can opt-out of the SMS service anytime by texting "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To cancel appointments, simply text "Cancel" to the shortcode and receive a confirmation regarding your canceled appointment.
Support:
For assistance with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP or reach out directly
Delayed Messages:
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency:
Standard message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from us. You will receive five messages 36 hours prior to the appointment, one upon opt-in, and one for appointment no-show/cancel. For inquiries about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

3. Payment:
All services provided by MediaZeus, LLC require a fee. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Rights and Ownership:
Unless stated otherwise in a written agreement, MediaZeus, LLC retains the right to use any video produced for promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials. Clients retain the right to use the videos produced for their specified purposes, as defined in our service agreement.
5. Feedback & Revisions:
Clients have the opportunity to provide feedback upon video delivery. We are committed to making necessary adjustments to ensure 100% satisfaction. However, excessive revisions beyond the agreed scope might incur additional charges.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If a project is canceled by the client, any work completed up to the cancellation time will be billed. Refund policies, if any, will be specified in the service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability:
While we strive to provide the best service, MediaZeus, LLC is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising from the use or inability to use the materials on this site.
8. Termination:
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination time will be due in full.
9. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
